SENIOR ACCOUNT MANAGER (FULL-TIME)

Job Overview
We are seeking a Senior Account Manager to be responsible for overseeing and guiding the Account Managers
to ensure seamless service delivery, client satisfaction, and operational excellence. This role serves as a bridge between the VP
of Operations and the Account Managers, driving strategic initiatives, improving processes, and maintaining strong
relationships with international medical equipment companies.

Responsibilities

➢ Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
➢ Support Account Managers in handling escalations, resolving complex client issues, and aligning expectations.
➢ Drive strategic client initiatives, ensuring contract compliance, SLAs, and performance metrics are met.
➢ Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at client organizations.
➢ Ensure logistics and technical services are delivered efficiently and in compliance with client needs.
➢ Work closely with the VP of Operations to enhance processes and identify improvement opportunities.
➢ Monitor KPIs and performance metrics, ensuring operational goals are met.
➢ Support coordination between logistics, technical teams, and account managers to prevent service disruptions.
➢ Supervise Account Managers, providing guidance on client relations, problem-solving, and workflow optimization.
➢ Ensure proper workload distribution and team efficiency.
➢ Provide training and development opportunities to enhance team capabilities.
➢ Conduct regular performance reviews and support career growth for team members.

Desired skills & Experience

➢ Extensive experience in account management, logistics, or operations, preferably within the medical equipment industry.
➢ Demonstrated leadership ability with a track record of managing and developing teams.
➢ Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
➢ In-depth knowledge of SLA management, logistics workflows, and technical service coordination.
➢ Proficiency in data analysis and performance tracking to enhance operational efficiency.
➢ Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
