We are seeking a full-time Logistics Associate to support warehouse and distribution operations. This role is responsible for accurately picking, packing, processing, and shipping orders while ensuring compliance with company and industry standards. The Logistics Associate will also handle receiving, sorting, loading, and unloading products, as well as working with external service providers, vendors, and carriers to ensure smooth logistics operations.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and process customer orders with accuracy and efficiency.
• Prepare shipments, verify contents, and ensure timely dispatch. Receive incoming shipments, inspect for damages, and reconcile with purchase orders.
• Track stock levels, perform cycle counts, and report discrepancies.
• Ensure all outgoing shipments meet quality standards and proper handling requirements.
• Organize and maintain warehouse space to optimize workflow.
• Work closely with vendors, carriers, and internal teams to resolve logistics issues and improve efficiency.
• Follow all safety protocols and regulatory guidelines for handling and storing products, especially medical equipment.
• Maintain accurate shipping records, tracking data, and operational logs.

Desired skills & Experience

• Previous experience in a logistics role.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
• Proficiency in computer systems such as ERP applications.
• Strong verbal communication and ability to work in a team environment.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced setting.
• Physical ability to lift and move packages as required.
• Experience in the medical equipment industry is preferred.
• Relevant degree
