CUSTOMER SUCCESS ASSOCIATE (FULL-TIME)
We are seeking a full-time Customer Success Associate to be the first point of contact for our customers. This role involves handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. You will also coordinate with external service providers, vendors, and carriers to maintain top-tier service levels for Preferred Depot.
Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and timely manner.
- Follow established communication protocols and scripts as needed.
- Identify customer needs, clarify issues, and provide solutions or alternatives.
- Use product, service, and policy knowledge to assist customers with inquiries or troubleshooting.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships by going the extra mile.
- Accurately document all customer interactions in the CRM/ERP systems.
- Process data entry and sales operations, ensuring accurate order-to-cash transactions.
- Meet individual and team performance goals.
Desired skills & Experience
- Previous experience in a customer service role (call center experience preferred).
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficiency in computer systems and data entry.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Degree in a relevant field preferred.
- Experience in logistics or the medical equipment industry is a plus.
